I finally got a new app so I can post from my phone again and perhaps include pictures again! My old app was discontinued and I never got around to finding a new one.
Like usual, my day started out well. I got in a good walk before settling into my desk for the day and another shorter one around 11:00.
I went home and like usual that was when the day went to crap. Too many temptations at home. I really need to just have NOTHING in the house. Bug I also need to find something to redirect myself away from food.
I was convinced I wouldn’t get to Day 2 of 80 Day Obsession. But I was an accountability buddy and I didn’t want to screw up day 2! So I started around 7:15.
It wasn’t pretty but I got it done!
