Thank goodness it is Friday - School is 10 days away and I am eager to get back into the school routine.
I got 4 workouts in this week!
Tuesday I did 21 Day Fix Realtime Upper Fix (I felt like lifting - I am not doing the videos in order)
Wednesday was 21 Day Fix Realtime Dirty 30 - I had never done a Dirty 30 video before - It was interesting.
I am excited because the app has more than just bike workouts - it has everything - strength, yoga, meditation, running inside and outside, bootcamp. I am all about trying to change things up right now, so I am glad to be able to try different things to see what works for me.
We are headed to the Red Sox game tonight - we bought the tickets before the season began, so when they were World Series champions and didn't suck. But it is what it is - I wish we didn't need to go but it should be a nice family night out. Hence why I am not running in the morning. I am going to try to eat not horribly (and drink water, not beer) but I know I will be tired (we need to walk about 2 miles to get to the park so we can pay $15 not $50) and dehydrated.
Happy Weekend!

Thursday I was supposed to run 4 miles. I had bought myself an early birthday present - wireless headphones. But when I woke up Thursday it was extremely foggy and 93% humidity. Um, no! I had gone to bed late and was tired so I went back to bed.
I knew I didn't want to run Friday because I am now going to do 5 miles on Sunday. Last night I signed up for the Peloton app (not the bike) and decided to do a 20 minute beginner ride. Our bike is pretty simplistic but doing these videos will be a lot better than just trying to do a program through the bike. I have to figure out the resistance and cadence on my own, but it is better than nothing!
