I've done it the last couple of mornings and I will do it again, even though we had a pretty salty meal tonight. The scale could possibly say 200 again tomorrow, but I just have to force myself onto to it every.single.day. No matter what.
Hi Jesseybell! I'm finally getting around to checking some blogs. You hang in there. I didn't want to face the scale when I unpacked it, or even some mornings since then, but it's just made me face what I knew was true and kind of bring things into better perspective.
However, if it throws you into an emotional fit, then skip it. You know where you're at and you know you're working on getting better at it. That's what matters most!
